27. Reducing Myocardial Ischemia

How do we avoid myocardial ischemia? That's easy, just avoid: tachycardia, hypotension, hypertension, pain, hypercoagulation, vasospasm, inflammation, and tissue injury for about a week. (Well, several days before and a week to a month after surgery.) That isn't so difficult.
